Designated DMCA Agent

In accordance with the DMCA, 100Yards has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on 100Yards infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on the site (e.g., URL).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Note: Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

100Yards reserves the right to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

100Yards uses publicly available NFL statistics and player names for informational and entertainment purposes. Player names are not copyrightable, and statistical facts are in the public domain. We do not use official NFL logos, team logos, or player images. 100Yards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, or any NFL player.

Statistical data is sourced from publicly available datasets (nflverse, ESPN public API). If you represent the NFL or any rights holder and have a concern, please contact us at legal@100yards.app before pursuing formal action. We are committed to resolving any legitimate intellectual property concerns promptly.
